VeQuote® is an ideal application where inbound customer calls are typically high volume, have a low income value and a large proportion represent repetitive requests. It is well known that queuing customers for excessive periods results in high levels of abandoned call rates, which in turn translates directly to missed revenue opportunities and generates a poor customer service image.
By talking directly to a host computer system via VeQuote, customers are able to make inquiries without waiting for call centre agents to become free. The applications 'understands' the verbal request from the customer's normal speech, interogates that appropriate databases and supplies the required information to the caller.
VeQuote can be integrated with VeBook and VePay to provide a complete self-service purchase application. Alternatively, callers can be routed to live agents at the conclusion of their query for additional service or to complete a purchase transaction.
