VeCab enables taxi travellers to talk to the taxi dispatch computer using the telephone to carry out their booking requests.
Customers place bookings over the telephone without the need for an operator to enter the details into the taxi dispatch system. Utilising the power of speech recognition, VeCab 'understands' the request from the customer's normal speech and automatically creates a booking.
