Glowing words from a customer

During the past week, Salmat VeCommerce received the following note from one of our customers in the UK, a major financial organisation. As well as reiterating what nice people we are, it once again highlights the importance of taking a business analysis approach to a potential deployment of a speech or voice biometric application and ensuring that the focus remains on the customer experience.
"Working with the VeCommerce Business Consultancy team proved invaluable in helping our organisation develop a strategic roadmap for the Telephony Channel. The difference between VeCommerce and other IVR / Speech consultants is the holistic business transformation approach taken for the Channel and not just a specific Speech discovery exercise. The team took the time to fully understand our business, our drivers and our customers. They then worked closely with our team and wide stakeholder community to support us through a discovery journey to develop a strategic roadmap for the telephony channel. The delivery was a realistic and exciting roadmap which outlined tactical steps for the first 3 months through to a plan which would make our proposition market leading. While the VeCommerce team brought specialist Speech technology skills this was also teamed with a general focus on what the businesses needed to do to improve customer experience and business efficiency.
I have seen a consistently high standard of consultancy from the VeCommerce team having worked with them previously with a former employer.
