Commencing his career as a Network Engineer with one of the UK's major banks, Martyn Riddle has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Making the transition from technical operations to marketing in 1994, he has worked with both startup and established vendors to establish and develop their market presence and opportunities in both the European and Asia Pacific regions.
With more than ten years' experience in the contact centre and customer service technology industries, Martyn is responsible for managing corporate, partner and alliance marketing across VeCommerce's global operations.
